My love for food goes beyond just loving to cook, eat delicious food and share recipes. These last couple of years I have been diving deep into the healing powers of food, specifically fruits, vegetables and herbs. Particularly wild blueberries are very powerful and can help prevent diseases. Currently there is still scientific research going on to discover how blueberries can promote fertility. This means blueberries literally can be the answer to the future of humankind.

Blueberry bushes also grow on Alpine slopes, forests and moorlands in Northern Europe. Luckily this powerful beauty boasts an amazing taste and can add great flavors to food. Blueberries make an amazing jam, sauce, or just add them to your morning pancakes, French toast or oats.
