Ginger Garlic & Chili Sauteed Bok Choy
- 1 bok choy
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Rinse the bok choy with cold water, drained. Remove the lower part of the bok choy stems. If you have a big bok choy you can cut the bigger leaves lengthwise to halves.
- Chop the ginger finely and crush the garlic clove. Bring the oil to a heath in a large skillet. Add the ginger and crushed garlic cloves. Give it a good stir and let it fry for 1 minute. Add the chili flakes and give it another stir and fry for one more minute.
- Add the bok choy and fry while stirring from time to time for about 5 minutes until soft but still crispy. Serve as a side dish.
